We're happy to offer $5 flat-rate shipping and handling to all our US customers. This includes Priority Mail shipping via USPS, with tracking. We also offer UPS shipping for an additional price. For our international customers, we offer both postal and UPS shipping. At checkout, we have a shipping calculator to calculate exactly how much it will cost for the various options.

Yes! We offer postal and UPS shipping to quite a few countries, and we are constantly working to expand availability. If you have a request that we ship to a specific country, feel free to let us know! Please note that First-Class Mail International Parcel does not include tracking, and that, regardless of shipping type, import fees, taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility.

Most orders ship the next business day. After your order ships, you will be sent an email with the tracking number. (If you don’t receive this, please check your bulk or spam folder as sometimes the email can end up there.) Orders sent with $5 flat-rate shipping usually arrive within 1 to 5 days; orders to Canada will take from a few days to a few weeks depending on the method selected. If you need your case right away, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

When you track your order, if you find a problem or delay, please contact us and be sure to include your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.

If you attempted to order more than once (for example, if your card was first declined), often your bank will put a hold on your card for each attempted transaction, regardless of what went through on our end. Also, some banks put a hold on a card to check availability of funds. If you only placed one order but the extra charge doesn’t drop off once your case ships, please contact your bank or credit card company.

There is no form difference between the different kinds of iPhone 4S. The same case will work for an iPhone 4S with Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, or an international carrier. All our cases are labeled under the name of the case with the devices that case will work with. So as long as the case is labeled 'iPhone 4S', you are good to go!

Some of our universal cases, which work with the AT&T iPhone 4, the Verizon iPhone 4, and the iPhone 4S, may be in packaging that says iPhone 4. As long as you ordered an item that is specified as compatible with the iPhone 4S, you are good to go! If you have any question about the compatibility of the case you ordered, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Agent18 Slider Cases are designed to fit very closely to your device to prevent dust and dirt from getting underneath the case and causing scratches. For this reason we cannot guarantee that every screen film will fit. Some thinner or smaller films might; but thicker or larger screens likely will not. However, we do make a slider-cut film that is cut to fit just inside the outer rim of a slider case, and this will work with your Agent18 (or most other brands) slider case. Please note also that if you put an Agent18 slider case on with a non-slider screen protector, the protector could make it harder for you to remove your case due to the added thickness.

This applies only to Slider cases (EcoShield, EcoShield+, Shield, Shield Limited, and ClearShield) for iPhone 4 and 4S; and iPod Touch 4th Gen.

Yes, the iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS are the same size.

Yes, the second and third generation iPod touches are the same size.

The shields vary in size so it is important that you select the correct shield. If you are unsure which iPod you have, check apple.com/support/ipod or selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do to find out which model you own, or email Agent18 directly.

When taking a photo in a dark setting and using the flash, light bounces off the iPhone and whatever case you are using. If you are using a bright or light-colored case (Agent18 or other brand), this can cause a fog or halo-like effect in the photo. Agent18‘s cases for the iPhone 4 all have a beveled camera hole to minimize this issue as much as possible. However, if you take a lot of photos with the flash, or are very concerned about this, we recommend you purchase a black or otherwise dark case.

To remove your snap-together (front/back) case:
On the top corner of your shield you’ll find a small slot. Insert a coin partway into the slot and give it a twist. The two pieces of your shield should pop apart without much effort.

To remove your back-only case:
Hold the case in one hand so that your thumb is covering the open space on the left side of the case (on top of the volume button). With your other hand, pull the bottom left corner of the case away from the iPhone. With the bottom corner of the case loose, pull the top corner of the same side away from the iPhone. The case will pop off.

To remove your slider case:
Grip the phone in one hand. With the other hand, pull the cover from the top edge rather than the sides. Squeezing the sides of the cover will only make it harder to remove.

We recommend cleaning your soft-touch case with a soft cloth, microfiber if possible, and water. You can also use non-alkaline or non-detergent mild soap. The case should also be kept away from oils and solvents.

Our photography is primarily done using a black iPhone. If you are curious what a specific case would look like on a white iPhone, please email questions@agent18.com. We will be glad to send you a photo of the case on a white iPhone.
