How do I place an order?
Placing an order for an Agent18 shield is easy. Our online store is safe and secure. When you purchase for the first time you will set-up a customer account that will make future purchases fast and easy.

Which Agent18 shield do I need for my iPod?
We make shields for all of Apple’s 4th Generation and 5th Generation iPods. The shields vary in size so it’s important that you select the correct shield. If you have any questions or are unsure which shield will fit your ipod, please email us at questions@agent18.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the US and Canada from our website.

If you’re in the UK or Europe, please following the Euroshopping link: (http://www.transaction-one.com/stores/news_stories_view.do?pubID=5449) from our site to the Eurostore to place your order.

Our products may also be available online at the apple store, or at various apple resellers.

How much is Shipping?
All orders ship via UPS. You have the choice of receiving your shipment via UPS ground, 3-day, or overnight. You can place an order without finalizing to find out the exact shipping cost for your purchase.




After Your Purchase

I've placed an order, how long will it take to receive it?
All order ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order. After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can also log into your account to find the status of your order and the tracking number.

My order status is PENDING or PROCESSING, is everything okay?
Yes, after you place your order successfully you should receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed (you might want to check your bulk/spam folder). The status on your order will move from Pending to Processing before it’s Shipped.

My order has shipped and I think I should have received it by now, but I haven't?
When you track your order, if you find a problem or delay, please contact us and be sure to please include your name, order number and tracking number.

How do I remove my Agent18 shield?

To remove your ClickShield:
Hold the case with both hands on one side (either right or left so that the front is resting on one palm and the back of the pod on the other. With your fingers grab the top and with your thumbs grab the bottom, then it should pull apart without a problem. Just to be clear you will be opening similar to the way you would open a book.

To remove your VideoShield:
On the top corner of your shield you’ll find a small slot. Insert a coin part way into the slot and give it a twist. The two pieces of your shield should pop apart without much effort.

To remove your Shield 4 Nano:
If you have the 2-piece model --on the top corner of your shield you’ll find a small slot. Insert a coin part way into the slot and give it a twist. The two pieces of your shield should pop apart without much effort.

To remove your Mini Shock or Mini Shield:

Will I have to remove the Agent18 Shield in order to dock:
For the 4th Generation Agent18 ipod shields, you will have to remove the shield in order to dock your ipod.

With the Shield 4 Nano and Videoshields an adaptor will allow you to use the ipod with the universal dock.
