Agent18 Trade In Program

Maybe you just got a new iPhone.  Maybe your iPod touch wants a new look, or maybe your iPod classic case has been around the world once (or twice) and is ready to retire. Here at Agent18 we feel lucky to have all of you amazing, loyal customers, and our plan is to be loyal right back at you! Our Agent18 trade-in program allows you to replace your current Agent18 case with a brand new one at HALF the retail price (shipping and tax not included, and this cannot be combined with other discounts or offers).

Trade-ins must be in the same device category, but not necessarily for the exact device.  For example, you could send us your Agent18 iPhone 3G case to get a shiny new iPhone 4 case at 50% off, or an Agent18 iPod touch 1st gen case for half off an iPod touch 4 case.

How to participate
1. Pick out your new case.
2. At checkout, select the box that indicates you are using the Agent18 Trade-in Program. A $0.00 item will be added to your cart.
3. Make your payment and wait for your new case to ship.
4. Once you receive your new case, put the old one into the provided envelope, add postage, and drop it in the mail back to Agent18. Don't wait too long, as we can only do refunds within 30 days!
5. When we receive the envelope, your original method of payment will be credited back half the retail price of the cover. Please note refunds take about 12-14 days to process.

All cases Agent18 receives back are inspected and recycled.  Cases sent to Agent18 under this program cannot be returned under any circumstances.  Agent18 is not responsible for cases that are lost or otherwise not received by Agent18 within 30 days of your purchase.

Competitor Trade In Program

In order to ensure you have the highest level of protection (and design!) for your favorite electronics, we're putting our money where our mouths are. With our Competitor Trade-in Program, you can send us your competitor-manufactured case to receive 50% off an Agent18 model (shipping and tax not included, and this cannot be combined with other discounts or offers).

1. Pick out your new case.
2. At checkout, select the box that indicates you are using the Competitor Trade-in Program.
3. Make your payment and wait for your new case to ship.
4. Once you receive your new case, put the old one into the provided envelope, add postage, and drop it in the mail back to Agent18.
5. Once we receive your envelope, your original method of payment will be credited back half the retail price of the cover. Please note that refunds take about 12-14 days to process.
