Warranty & Limitations
Agent18 has a two-year repair or replacement policy for any product that is found to have a defect in either manufacture or materials. If a valid defect is identified once and exchange or replacement has taken place the defective product will become the property of Agent18. A manufacturer defect is considered to be any scratches, cracks, tears visible upon purchase or that develop not as the result of accident, abuse, misuse, or product modification.

If a product is replaced due to an identified defect the replacement product is guaranteed to two years post purchase date of the original product. Standard wear-and-tear resulting from use is not covered under the manufacturer warranty.

Since the first Agent 18 Slider for the 2G, I've been waiting, and waiting and waiting, and waiting, until finally they re-introduced it for the 3GS. By far the best case made for an iPhone. jwsavin

I have finally found my ideal iPhone case. I had come pretty close to my ideal case with the SwitchEasy Rebel Capsul, but it had some drawbacks. The EcoShield Slider is exactly what I've been looking for. I chose the black model, and it looks like it was meant to be part of the original phone, not an add-on case. Here are my thoughts: -some cushion protection with the silicone pads between the phone

Worth the wait. The case has a great fit and feel. The silicon is only where you need it--on the inside corners and back to prevent scratching and on the outside edges for good grip. I loved the case for the 1st gen and I have found the remake to be even better. Don't think, order yourself one and have some peace of mind over your phone...

Simple the best. I have tried 5 or 6 different cases (including the EcoShield) searching for the case that was like the 2G slider. None could compare. I am very pleased with this 3G edition of this Slider. When Apple comes out with it's next model of iPhone, design a slider version of a case first!

Check this great case out, hard plastic case protection with silicon like rails inside, keep it snug and secure, rubber outside grip edge, volume rocker and sleep button work flawless, fits like a glove, lets you see the chrome of the bezel as well which looks really sharp, not many cases offer this. spent a good hour at apple store in Canada trying on many cases for my new 3GS hey its says 'try it on!' on the agent18 packaging! this one well thought out case, fit and finish is excellent. Ecofriendly, ecoplastic, fully recyclable packaging...keep up the good work, now if there were only a few more colors...available...pink, orange, tiedye?

My first iPhone and first cover. As an engineer and with a reputation as being very difficult to please, I am very happy with the EcoShield Slider. It is very simple, easy to install, provides great protection, rubber edges to make for a good grip and looks terrific. The included clear shield cannot be seen easily if installed properly. I used a microfiber cloth to clean the surface and blew it off with canned air. The bubbles were easily squeezed out. 1st class product!

this is by far my favorite case for both my original iphone and my iphone 3g. well thought out detailing; thin strips of rubber inside prevent case scratching the phone; designed to keep your iphone clean and safe. and, you can feel all warm and fuzzy about recycling at the same time.
