I've been using a red SlimShield for about 8 months. No scuffing, cracks or discoloration of any kind. It feels very sturdy and I've dropped my phone a few times with no damage. I love the "soft touch" finish, which keeps your phone from sliding down angled surfaces or on car seats. Highly recommended! I'll be getting a new SlimShield for my iPhone 5! :)
