We accept returns on shields purchased from our site within 30 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty on arrival.

Is there a warranty on my shield?

We are pleased to offer a lifetime replacement policy on all of our products.*  We will replace your damaged shield for 50% off the retail price when you return your original shield.

1. visit our store and reorder the replacement Agent18 product at the regular retail price.
2. either email us or fill out the comments box, that this is replacement product.
3. We'll include a return shipping box with your new Agent18 Product.
4. Return the damaged product in the shipping box.
5. Upon receipt, we'll issue a credit to your credit card for 50% of the new purchase price.
6. Shipping fees are not included.
